Fix unquoted string (https://hummy.tv/forum/threads/webif-web-interface-1-4-x.7712/post-153859) that stymied any rename.

Looking at this, any rename was liable to update the genre even if it was actually unchanged: added a new {ts genre} check to normalise genre values; call that in ts setgenre as well as rename.jim.

Errors that should have appeared in webif-error.log didn't, so send them to stderr.
